Currently, we are seeking for a Logistic Officer with high level of experience enthusiasm, and resilience.

Summary of Key Functions

  • Liaise and coordinate between Frontieri and other companies
  • Act as middle person to streamline operations ,solve payment and admin issues with clients
  • Collaborate and communicate successfully with other entities
  • Compile reports and give updates about tasks assigned
  • Handle requests and queries from different divisions and forward to the client
  • Establish and maintains significant level of relationship with clients and relevant government agencies
  • Follow established procedures for processing issues or
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, mail or personally
  • Act as a positive representation of the company
  • Promptly respond to issues/concerns as necessary
  • Handle all other activities assigned by the supervisor

    Job Requirements

    Education and Experience

  • BA Degree in Management ,Marketing and other related fields ,with at least 5 years of experience in liaising
  • Knowledge of office administration and procedures
  • Knowledge of general accounting principals
  • Proficient in relevant computer software
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements

    Key Skills and Competencies

  • Liaison experience in Government and non-Governmental offices, presentable with good personality

  • Valid Driving License

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Good Organizational and negotiation skills

  • Problem analysis and problem solving skills

  • Stress tolerance and carry sense of urgency

  • Tenacious and excellent client service skills etc.
