  • Currently, Frontieri Consult PLC is seeking to hire Content and graphics design specialist to create and engage on company brand content and graphics for a variety of media. This role requires someone who is creative and can identify, create, manage and deliver digital content using a range of techniques, across channels including websites, social media and webinars. To write and publish various types of pieces for our company’s web pages, like articles, and social media posts.

  • The role will work across a range of projects in the organization and therefore effective working relationships will need to be formed with various internal teams and external stakeholders.

    General Duties and Responsibilities

  • Designing various graphic resources

  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

  • Conduct a formatting of all relevant documents of the firm, including reports, proposals, policy briefs, company profiles, brochures, etc... Based on Frontieri’s style guide.

  • Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design

  • Manage the production of high-quality graphic design and publication resources and projects that builds Frontieri brand awareness and increases trust.

  • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

  • Manage and implement the technical and creative design of resources for workshops, training and virtual events.

  • Ensure Frontieri’s brand is aligned and brought to life across all content resources.

  • Ability to create interactive videos and use digital camera

  • Produce high quality graphic design and publication resources for reports, briefs and proposals etc.

  • Concept, style-guide, and graphic design new creative projects

  • Layout and produce printed and digital publication resources

  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency

  • Ensure all Frontieri resources
    are on-brand from a design perspective and are updated regularly; PowerPoints, stationary, website design elements, reports, Profiles, brochures, etc

  • Create high-quality motion graphics for use in video and website implementation.

  • Ensure the secure and cataloged management of all Communications design digital assets.

  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with Frontieri goals

  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI

  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics

  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications

  • Follow up the brand identity of the organization and ensure its standards before submitting any out-going material to the client

    Job Requirements


  • Degree in Design, Fine Arts or marketing, or communications, or significant experience of working in a graphic design role.

    Experience (minimum requirement)

  • 1-2 year of proven work experience as a Content Creator, Graphics Designer, Copywriter or similar role

    Technical and Other Skills

  • Energy, enthusiasm and proven experience in producing digital content and digital best practice,

  • Brainstorm new ideas.

  • Knowledge and experience of running digital marketing campaigns.

  • Strong creative skills and a keen eye for detail.

  • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress) and Adobe creative suites (In Design, Photoshop, illustrator, After effects and Premier Pro…).

  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English.

  • An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces.

  • Time-management skills.

  • Proven graphic designing experience.

  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.

  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
