Job Brief

Exciting career opportunities have arisen for qualified graduate to joinFood Concepts Plc team. We are hiring graduates for our Traditional Home Meal Restaurant.

Main Duties

To manage shift operations maintaining the highest possible standards of customer service, product quality and restaurant cleanliness.

To assist in the overall management of the restaurant to ensure regulation of costs and the maximization of sales and profitability.

To act as second-in-command and in partnership with the Restaurant Manager, to provide direction to both staff and management teams.

Check that daily paperwork is being completed correctly by staff.

Carry out Retail Audits on own shifts.

Complete daily, weekly and monthly preventative maintenance checks.

Ensure compliance to portion sizes and waste targets.

Skill Trainers.

Recruitment Criteria

Qualified candidate must possess an OND or B.Sc or HND or Certificate in Hospitality

Management or its equivalent.

Applicant must have 1 - 2 years experience as a manager in a Quick Service Restaurant or Hospitality Industry.

Interested Candidate must be 25 years & above.

Required to work Early, Late or Night Shift.

Only candidate living close to the restaurant location should apply.

Interested candidate will work any

6 days out of 7 days in a week.
