Purpose

To support the Group Shared Value Enablement Lead with the analysis and utilisation of data that enables the identification, formulation, and decisions to implement strategic, tactical and operational Shared Prosperity/Value solutions for the FRG that is in line with FirstRand's Shared Prosperity/Value strategy

Experience and Qualifications

Minimum Qualification - Relevant Post Graduate Degree or recognised Information Management and/or Data science certification

Preferred Qualification - Preference is a CA(SA), CIMA or CFA

Experience - Minimum of 3 to 5 years working experience within Private Equity, Investment Banking (M& A, corporate finance, or project finance), Treasury or Commercial Banking

Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience working including exposure to the concepts of social finance frameworks, sustainable finance, and climate related finance
