Purpose

To perform routine maintenance, inspections, modifications, installations and repairs of equipment on premises, and to coordinate service level agreements.

Experience and Qualifications

Minimum: Grade 12 with an N4 or equivalent trade qualification in electro-mechanical engineering.

Preferred: Red Seal Trade Qualification.

3-5 years experience in building maintenance.

Sound knowledge in building heating and cooling, refrigeration systems and water reticulation pump stations.
