Responsibilities:

  • Guide a team of Industrial engineers to drive process improvement, product development and strategic projects.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and optimisation within the organisation.

  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to enhance operations, commercial and internal overall performance.

  • Employ statistical analysis and modelling techniques to identify patterns and trends in operational data.

  • Drive the adoption of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies across the organisation.

  • Guide complex projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organisational goals.

  • Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to inform strategic planning and drive innovation.

  • Mentor Junior and Intermediate Industrial Engineers.

  • Set required frameworks and standards for the process and project management.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Master's degree beneficial.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead role.

  • Proven experience leading successful projects in continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
