Safair Operations, operating as FlySafair, has a vacancy for a Creditors Clerk at our head office in Bonaero Park. The successful application will report to the Accountant via Creditors Controller

Responsibilities:

Full function of a creditors clerk;

Receiving, sorting, distributing and filing of invoices;

Capturing of invoices (Local & foreign);

Local & Foreign Supplier recons;

Working closely with Logistics department and suppliers;

Keeping of cash flow;

Paying of suppliers as per agreement terms;

Any other functions that you’ll be required to do from time to time e.g. Cash office

Requirements:

Valid Matric/Grade 12 certificate;

Must have working knowledge of Sage Line 500 or similar system;

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook);

Personal Attributes:

Ability to work in a pressurised environment, deadline and target driven;

Excellent attention to detail;

Ability to work independently;

Strict confidentiality;

Willingness to work overtime when required;

Immaculate time keeping
