Experienced in air transportation activities. Processes eligible air cargo, passengers and mail, previous experience utilizing materials handling equipment and and familiar with cargo loading and unloading operations.

Must possess general knowledge of appropriate Air Force Instructions and Army Manuals as it relates to proper air shipments. Candidate must be able to multi-task.

May be required to perform other job related tasks and duties as mission dictates. Knowledge of TCN’s (Transportation Control Numbers) and RFID Tags for cargo tracking purposes.

Use a variety of ITV systems such as GATES, TC_AIMS etc. Also, experience in functions such as loading and unloading aircraft; operating automated or manual materials handling and other loading equipment; or processing, scheduling, and maintaining records relating to passenger and cargo movement.

BA/BS degree preferably in Transportation/Logistics or related on the job experienceThe ATOC Information Controller skill sets almost match the of the ATOC supervisor.

Overall responsibility is gathering, processing and disseminates all information received from AMD, TACC, CDDOC, and other Aerial Ports within the AMC system.

They must have working knowledge and experience with GDSS, GATES, MSM, and NATO EVE’s systems. Be able to handle both inbound and outbound flight information, ITV on all “Close Watch Sensitive” movements within the AMC system.

Must have experience and able to work as the RAMPCO meeting every aircraft on arrival, receipt for inbound cargo; brief the aircrew on their outbound load to include hazardous material.

Provide eyes on the entire ground time loading/offloading and access the Safe Work Observation.

Supervision Exercised:

As directed by management, may supervise employees or subcontractor personnel in accordance with the “General Supervisory Duties and Responsibilities” addendum.
