Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain aviation, diesel and mogas fuels in fuel farm tanks.

  • Perform usage calculations, initiate service orders and determine fuel amounts for tank filling.

  • Handle routine logistics including preparation of receiving/shipping documents.

  • Inspect fuel samples, check gravity and flashpoint.

  • Gauge tanks for water, temperature and fuel levels.

  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on fuel terminal systems.

  • Operate fuel trucks to transport fuel to distribution points (FARP, retail fuel points).

    Supervision Exercised

  • May supervise employees or subcontractors as directed by management in line with General Supervisory Duties and Responsibilities.

    Typical Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma / GED equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 1–3 years related experience.

  • Job knowledge, skill level and physical ability necessary to perform assigned functions.

    Other Job Requirements

  • Must possess minimum Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) or equivalent.

  • Must read, write, speak and understand English at intermediate level to perform job functions.
