Flora Food Group Sourcing Unit Planner Jobs in Kenya; Play a critical role in ensuring reliable delivery of customer demand through world‑class production planning, inventory optimization, and capacity management. Reporting to the Head of Factory – Kenya, this role connects demand, supply, manufacturing, and procurement to drive service excellence and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Translate demand forecasts into executable production plans to ensure product availability.

  • Optimize factory capacity, production schedules, and resource utilization.

  • Ensure material availability while maintaining healthy inventory levels.

  • Drive planning excellence through Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and continuous improvement.

  • Partner with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Demand Planning.

  • Contribute to improvements in customer service, forecast accuracy, production plan attainment, schedule adherence, capacity utilization, inventory performance, and material availability.


    Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Management, or related field.

  • 3–5 years’ experience in production, supply, or manufacturing planning.

  • Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, consumer goods, pharmaceutical, or industrial manufacturing.

  • Hands‑on experience in IBP, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), and Detailed Production Scheduling (DPS) using SAP or similar systems.

  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Continuous improvement mindset with ability to influence and drive results.
