Flexi-Personnel Warehouse Supervisor Jobs in Kenya; The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing and coordinating all warehouse activities, including receiving, sorting, inventory control, and dispatch processes. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a focus on operational efficiency, accuracy, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

  • Oversee receiving, sorting, weighing, and manifest handling processes.

  • Ensure accurate SAP entries and maintain up‑to‑date inventory records.

  • Supervise, train, and guide warehouse staff to meet operational targets.

  • Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Efficiency & Coordination
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

  • Coordinate with internal departments including Call Centre, Finance, and Management.

  • Liaise with clients to support smooth service delivery and operations.

    Requirements for Appointment

    Education
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

    Experience
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ warehouse experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Working knowledge of SAP and warehouse management systems.

    Preferred
  • Experience in logistics, distribution, or supply
    chain environments.

  • Familiarity with inventory optimization and warehouse performance metrics.

    Skills & Competencies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities.

  • High attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse systems.

  • Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance requirements.

  • Reliable, flexible, and physically fit.
