Flexi-Personnel Managing Director Jobs in Kenya;Provide strategic direction, drive growth, and promote the Broll brand in the Kenyan and East African markets.

Oversee day‑to‑day operations, manage stakeholder relationships, ensure service excellence, and align Broll Kenya with Broll Property Group (BPG) service offerings.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Strategic Market Leadership

  • Define and execute country growth strategy aligned to BPG objectives

  • Position Broll as the leading integrated real estate services partner

  • Identify high‑growth sectors and build C‑suite relationships

  • Drive revenue growth, new business, and operational excellence

  • Elevate Broll Kenya’s profile through brand positioning and thought leadership

    Business Development & Marketing

  • Formulate business plans in response to market trends

  • Build customer and strategic relationships; implement succession planning

  • Derive and implement new service lines in collaboration with BPG

  • Lead tender bid activity and monitor pipeline progress

  • Promote Broll through publications, opinion pieces, and media engagements

    People Management

  • Provide team leadership and oversee talent recruitment

  • Ensure staff training, induction, and annual appraisals

  • Build succession plans and foster teamwork culture

  • Recognize and reward staff through bonus scorecards and awards

  • Communicate regularly via staff meetings and newsletters

  • Conduct annual staff satisfaction surveys and implement recommendations

    Customer Relations

  • Represent Broll professionally to customers and the public

  • Build and maintain high‑level customer relationships

  • Ensure excellent service levels and compliance with SLAs

  • Conduct client meetings quarterly and site visits biannually

    Operational Management

  • Create a culture of quality and innovation

  • Ensure robust
    contract reviews and supplier management

  • Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to achieve operational excellence

    Financial Management

  • Work with finance and Exco to meet monthly targets

  • Ensure accurate and timely client billing

  • Oversee achievement of budgeted net profit and report to Board and BPG

    Governance

  • Ensure compliance with Kenyan legislation and corporate governance policies

  • Maintain risk register and monitor significant risks

  • Review and update policies and procedures annually

  • Manage stakeholder relationships and compliance with agreements

    Educational Qualifications & Career Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Management, or related field

  • Master’s degree an added advantage

  • 10+ years relevant experience, with 3–5 years in leadership roles (preferably real estate)

  • Proven experience in business growth, strategic guidance, and relationship building

    Skills & Abilities

  • Innovative and solution‑driven

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Solid interpersonal and supervisory abilities
