Flexi-Personnel ICT & Systems Manager Jobs in Kenya;Provide day‑to‑day ICT support and advisory services to ensure effective operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of technology systems and infrastructure. Lead ICT strategy, governance, and digital transformation initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ICT strategies, architectures, and solutions aligned with business objectives.

  • Plan, implement, and manage ICT applications, infrastructure, and telecommunications solutions.

  • Lead adoption of digital solutions and technologies in line with the Transformation Programme.

  • Engage with business functions to identify and prioritize ICT requirements.

  • Plan, monitor, and manage ICT budgets, expenditure, and resources.

  • Lead and coordinate ICT projects to ensure delivery within timelines, budgets, and compliance standards.

  • Ensure provision of reliable and efficient ICT services that meet business needs.

  • Implement and maintain information security, data protection, ICT governance, and compliance standards.

  • Ensure ICT activities comply with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and security frameworks.

  • Continuously assess ICT services and infrastructure for optimization, innovation, and improvement.

    Educational Qualifications & Career Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Fluent knowledge of English and Swahili.

  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant ICT experience, with at least 4 years in senior roles.

  • Strong knowledge of information and technology systems, applications, and equipment.

  • Strong knowledge of computer security.

  • Strong knowledge of systems architecture.

  • Proven leadership, management, and coordination of multicultural teams.
