Flexi-Personnel Human Resource Business Partner Jobs in Kenya;Coordinate and oversee employee‑related activities while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and employment regulations. Collaborate closely with the HR team to support implementation, alignment, and continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations and HR casework including grievances, disciplinary matters, disputes, absenteeism, retirement, and redundancy.

  • Advise managers on employment terms, HR policies, best practices, and performance matters.

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, induction, and employee lifecycle administration.

  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives including training planning and monitoring.

  • Support payroll administration and maintain accurate payroll and employee records.

  • Administer employee benefits, HR reporting, and prepare recommendations for management.

  • Contribute to change management and HR projects that align workforce practices with organizational strategy.

  • Ensure HR compliance and effective implementation of policies and procedures.

  • Prepare and submit regular HR activity and workforce reports.

    Educational Qualifications & Career Experience

  • Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Professional HR qualification from IHRM/CIPD or equivalent; MBA in HRM
    an added advantage.

  • Minimum 8 years’ HR experience, with at least 4 years in leadership and people‑management.

  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and its practical application.

  • Experience supporting HR functions through organizational change.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive approach.

  • High level of confidentiality, discretion, diplomacy, and professional integrity.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
