Flexi-Personnel Compliance Manager Jobs in Kenya;Support the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of internal control, compliance, and risk management frameworks. Ensure business operations align with corporate governance standards, organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical practices while promoting accountability, integrity, and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee internal controls and risk management by assessing effectiveness, identifying gaps, and supporting departments in mitigation.

  • Conduct internal assessments and process reviews to ensure compliance with management systems, anti‑corruption requirements, and policies.

  • Develop and monitor corrective action plans from audits, assessments, and regulatory reviews.

  • Support regulatory compliance and corporate governance through gap assessments and alignment of frameworks.

  • Provide guidance to management on compliance, governance, anti‑corruption, and internal control matters.

  • Coordinate internal and external audit activities and facilitate timely resolution of findings.

  • Serve as liaison between company and compliance functions, supporting communication and approvals.

  • Promote continuous improvement and compliance awareness through training, best practices, and lessons learned.

    Educational Qualifications & Career Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.

  • Professional training or certification in Compliance, Internal Audit, Risk Management, or Corporate
    Governance an advantage.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in compliance, internal controls, risk management, or audit, preferably in multinational or regulated environment.

  • Proven experience in corporate governance, compliance systems, internal audit, or risk frameworks.

  • Strong knowledge of compliance, anti‑corruption requirements, and risk management principles.

  • Familiarity with corporate management systems and governance frameworks.

  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.

  • High standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with compliance monitoring tools an advantage.
