Flexi-Personnel Chief Executive Officer Jobs in Kenya;The company is seeking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to take full operational responsibility, professionalize processes, and drive the next phase of growth.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead all 7 departments: sales, customer service, transport, marketing, call centre, warehouse, and operations.

  • Deliver 20–30% year‑on‑year revenue growth while optimizing profitability.

  • Enhance client experience, especially faster resolution of delays, breakages, and claims.

  • Oversee air freight, sea containers, warehousing, transport, and customs clearance.

  • Build strong global partnerships and implement technology for better tracking and efficiency.

    Educational Qualifications & Career Experience

  • 10–15 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics, with strong expertise in air freight and containerized sea freight.

  • Minimum 5 years of executive leadership experience (GM, Director, CEO) with direct P&L responsibility.

  • Proven track record in client service excellence and operational improvement in logistics.

  • Deep knowledge of Kenyan/East African regulatory environment (KRA, KPA, KEBS).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.

  • MBA or CILT/FIATA certification is an added advantage.
