Flexi-Personnel Agricultural Coordinator Jobs in Kenya;Support planning, coordination, and implementation of sustainable agricultural and environmental initiatives. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective execution, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of agricultural development programs.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support assessment of environmental, geo‑pedological, and agricultural conditions for vegetable oil and bio‑feedstock production.

  • Conduct analysis of local agricultural contexts, rural production systems, and opportunities for bio‑feedstock development.

  • Support identification, design, and implementation of intervention models for vertically integrated bio‑feedstock value chains.

  • Support agriculture‑related initiatives including environmental awareness, communications, local content, and community development programmes.

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with local communities and stakeholders.

  • Provide general management and administrative support as required.

    Educational Qualifications & Career Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Natural Sciences, or related field.

  • Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in agricultural, agroforestry, environmental, or related projects.

  • Proven experience in agricultural/agroforestry development, supply chain analysis, and biomass production potential assessment.

  • Demonstrated ability to design and manage large‑scale agricultural or agroforestry interventions.

  • Sound knowledge of agricultural and agroforestry production systems, including contract farming and agro‑industrial initiatives.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, stakeholder engagement, and coordination skills.
