Flexi-Personnel Accounting Officer Jobs in Kenya

Job Purpose

Provide support to the Finance function by maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring adherence to company policies, statutory obligations, and reporting standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support accurate financial record‑keeping, reporting, reconciliations, and maintenance of accounting records.

  • Manage accounts payable processes including invoice verification, payment administration, supplier account management, and vendor query resolution.

  • Contribute to implementation of health, safety, and environmental standards through accurate cost tracking and compliance.

  • Support effective use of financial systems, internal controls, and document management processes.

  • Assist with audit activities and regulatory compliance by preparing financial documentation.

    Educational Qualifications & Career Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.

  • CPA‑K or equivalent professional qualification.

  • 2–3 years’ relevant accounting experience, preferably in multinational or audit environment.

  • Experience in accounts payable, reconciliations, and financial reporting an advantage.

  • Working knowledge of accounting systems (preferably SAP) and proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

  • Sound understanding of accounting principles and IFRS.

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and time management.

  • Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

  • High integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.
