Job Brief
  • We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Supervisors to join our growing team. In this position, successful candidates will play a key role in providing excellent leadership skills needed to continually improve generated revenue.
  • You will supervise, coordinate, and manage sales representatives under your jurisdiction to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • The role holders will be responsible for the supervision and overseeing sales of commodities, driving sales initiatives, brand promotion and effective sales team management.

    Job Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of salespersons.
  • Organize and coordinate sales representatives/officers’ schedules.
  • Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
  • Conduct training and retraining of old and new sales representatives.
  • Report to the Regional Managers on all relevant matters.
  • Act as a point of contact for both salespersons and potential customer.
  • Track daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
  • Meet all sales quotas and goals
  • Assist sales representatives/officers and team to meet and exceed goals

    Person Specification
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 7- 10 years' related experience working with an FCMG company
  • Related experience selling commodities will be an added advantage
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking merchandise, and
    scheduling with
  • Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented.
  • In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market
  • Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers' needs and provide correct answers, paths, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time and people efficiently.
