Job Description

Lead the acquisition and management of new and existing training business opportunities; search, proposal delivery, account management and service rendered

Perform training need assessment for discerning clients in targeted sector

Design training curriculum based on needs assessment

Administer and coordinate the delivery of assigned training programs

Person Specification

Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degree

An MBA would be an added advantage

Certifications in any of people management, training and change management programs; Project Management Professional (PMP), CIPD / CIPM / SHRM, ACCA, ACIB, etc.

A minimum of 8 years’ experience with a minimum of 4 in an executive management role

Evidence of continuous pedagogy management learning

Evidence of working in learning and change management companies
