Fireside Engineering Group NOC Coordinator Jobs in Kenya ; The NOC Coordinator is responsible for coordinating network operations, monitoring performance, managing incidents and ensuring timely resolution of connectivity and infrastructure issues. Duties are performed on‑site in Nairobi.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical & Electronics, Engineering or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of fibre network concepts.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to multitask and maintain focus in a fast‑paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Lead NOC operations and coordinate dispatch activities.

  • Ensure compliance with SLA and escalation procedures.

  • Track work orders and ensure timely updates from field teams.

  • Monitor incidents, faults, tickets and restoration timelines.

  • Coordinate between NOC dispatch, field technicians and project management.

  • Ensure all tickets are closed within MTTR.

  • Escalate issues promptly for intervention.

  • Provide regular, high‑quality updates to clients on ticket status.

  • Maintain SLA compliance through efficient ticket management.

  • Prepare daily reports on achieved scopes.

  • Maintain strong client relationships and rapport.

  • Ensure 100% compliance with EHS standards for regional teams.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
