FinSense Africa Senior Manager, AI Engineering Jobs in Kenya



Job Purpose

The Senior Manager provides enterprise‑wide architectural and people leadership for the AI platform and Workforce Transformation.

The role sets AI architecture strategy, standards, and governance, while leading the AI Engineering team (Principal Engineers, AI Engineers, and Adoption Leads).

It requires authoritative expertise in AI/ML platforms and enterprise architecture, elevating productivity through proprietary AI solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

  • Master’s degree in AI/ML or Data Science strongly preferred.

  • 12+ years in software engineering or architecture.

  • 6+ years designing and leading AI, data, or cloud architectures at scale.

  • Demonstrable enterprise leadership and people‑management experience.
