Job Title: Sales Manager – Financial Services

Job Description

Manage a team sales and services plan that aligns with the financial expectations of a bank and maximizes results by effectively aligning associates and their activities to create value for both the customer and the bank
Manages risks related to credit, operational, reputational, regulatory and legal aspects of personal interactions

Responsibilities

  • Meet the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting
  • Sets targets for the sales executive and other sales representatives
  • Devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales target
  • Map potential customers and generate new opportunities for the organization
  • Track the sales team performance and make sure each one is living according to the expectation of the organization
  • Maintain and improve relationship with clients
  • Maintain necessary data and records for future reference
  • Champion the organization’s cross sell opportunities
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long term success
  • Supervises account representatives to ensure sales increase
  • Report on the states of accounts and transactions
  • Sets and track sales account targets, align with company objectives
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Prepare regular sales report
  • Solve
    problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
  • Facilitate regular team meetings that drive team focus on sales and service plans and achievement of results
  • Any other duties

    Qualifications

  • Degree in Business administration, Marketing or relevant course.
  • 2 years of working experience in sales and ability to delivery excellent customer experience

  • Ability to multi task and prioritizing skills
  • Good Time management – ability to answer inquiries on time
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • Professional appearance and work ethics
    Excellent communication and customer and negotiation services skills
