Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:-

  • General office administration;

  • Ensuring maintenance of office equipment, facilities and assets;

  • Generating reports on operations, maintenance and utilization;

  • Supervising out sourced office services; and

  • Managing of venues for office meetings.

    Person Specifications

  • At least three (3) years working experience in office administration;

  • Bachelors’ degree from a recognized institution;

  • Fulfill the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya; and

  • Must be a citizen of Kenya.

  • Good planning and organizing skills;

  • Communication and reporting skills;

  • Good interpersonal skills;

  • High level of judgement and integrity;

  • Team player; and

  • Proficiency in computer applications;
