Finance for a Short Course

I work in a NGO and I have been admitted to a short course on "Formulating Projects in Climate Change Mitigation and Clean Energy. I cannot afford the cos for the course. I would be very grateful to obtain enough finance for my tuition and one month stay in Twente from May to June next year.
