You are a visionary role model with demonstrated coaching skills and the ability to inspire those around you to achieve their maximum; you ‘play well’ with others and have proven ability to obtain buy-in from multiple stakeholders and create change;

you bring energy and passion in what you do; you have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision; you are someone who is proactive in looking for new opportunities; you use hard evidence to make decisions and guide your work; you set clear goalposts in advance and explain clearly if you need to move them; you own your mistakes and are open about your shortcomings – it’s the only way you’ll learn and improve.
