Film Scholarships Offer

I want to study film and acting in the near future but am held back by serious financial problems. Do you by any chance offer scholarships in film studies and acting? I am a gifted actor and writer, with a rather sophisticated taste of humour and creativity. I do not wish to put it to waste.
