    Role Overview:
  • NikoDigi is a startup registered in Kenya to provide Sacco’s with a digital core-banking and Digitize the transport sector in the country.
  • They are targeting micro / Bosa Saccos in the country and the various players in the transport industry and the consumers of these services.
  • In line with this objective, they would like to recruit a competent and capable Sales executive to Run and grow the Delivery services business Called Fikisha.

    Roles and Responsibilities
  • Selling Fikisha Delivery services to online businesses;
  • Selling Fikisha Delivery services to Supermarkets and Shops;
  • Selling Fikisha Delivery services to Corporates and PSV Saccos;
  • Popularizing Fikisha Delivery services to the public;
  • Following up on any client leads established for sales closure;
  • Handling any Issues raised by clients and partners;
  • Monitoring the Fikisha delivery system and make sure all delivery requests received are acted on promptly;
  • Identifying potential business opportunities and crafting a product that fit in;
  • Establishing relationships with potential NikoDigi partners;
  • Organizing Training activities in liaison with business development team;
  • Developing and implementing marketing campaigns and strategies for NikoDigi Fikisha;
  • Collecting competitor information and analyzing the current trends in the market for better business positioning;
  • Monitoring the various marketing strategies and issuing reports on the same;
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients;
  • Maintaining Professional and technical knowledge of products and services;
  • Contributing constructively and actively being part of a team.

    Person Specifications
  • A relevant business Degree or Diploma in sales or related field;
  • Possession of 2-4 years’ Experience;
  • Knowledge of Sacco operations is an added advantage;
  • Possess entrepreneurial drive, aptitude for self-growth and excited about technology;
  • Self-driven attitude, with a strong interest in sales, negotiation and partnership development;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Social media and digital marketing knowledge;
  • Organization and time management skills;
  • Presentable and full of energy.
