Job Details:

The Fields City Academy is a project of the City Church Luzira that offers Christian education in Luzira. Kampala. The School is seeking a capable and dedicated person to further our vision.The ideal candidate will be an effiective communicator and should be organized,energetic and self directed. The candidate should be willing to become part of the Ministry Team of the City Church.

Deputy Head teacher

This position requires reception, secretarial and book keeping experience and will work closely with the Head teacher.

Job Responsibilities

The candidate must he able no manage all aspects of the school including curriculum, personnel management and training, resourcing, policy implementation and he prepared no grow the school to the P7 Level with Christian leadership skills.

Mandatory Requirements

3-5 years of previous experience in School Administration.

Excellent spoken and written English

A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
