Communication for Healthy Communities (CHC) is a comprehensive program implemented through a cooperative agreement between the United States Agency for International Development (USAID/Uganda) and FHI 360.

The program supports the Government of Uganda (GOU)and US government (USG) implementing partners to design and implement quality health communication interventions to contribute to reduction in HIV infections, total fertility, maternal & child mortality, malnutrition, malaria & tuberculosis.

Recently, USAID expanded the CHC project to include the social marketing of three USAID products, Protector male condoms, Pil plan Plus oral contraceptives, and Inject a plan inject-able contraceptives.

These activities aim to contribute to a reduction in HIV infections, total fertility, maternal and child mortality through improving utilization of socially marketed products.

We seek applications for the following vacancies:

Sales and Distribution Manager

The Sales and Distribution Manager will oversee all efforts to ensure the availability and sales of USAID socially marketed products.

Reporting to the Senior Social Marketing Adviser, the Manager will supervise commercial distribution partners to ensure achievement of sales and distribution targets.

The Manager will also participate in regular data reviews to identify problem areas and formulate actions to improve sales performance.
