FHI 360 NGO Associate Director - Clinical Services Jobs in Kenya

The Associate Director Clinical Services will be a very critical part of the HSDSA Afya Nyota ya Bonde Team working very closely with the Deputy Chief of Party to drive the Technical Direction and Oversight for the project. S/he will be responsible for providing leadership, technical oversight, and strategic direction for integrated HIV Care and Treatment services covering the 90s across HIV identification, linkage to care and ART initiation, retention and viral suppression.

S/he will also provide leadership in PMTCT, TBHIV, Pediatric and Adolescent HIV services, quality Improvement and service delivery. S/he will work closely with the County Health Management Teams to provide mentorship for site level staffs, lead site mentorship missions and performance review.

S/he will provide mentorship, coaching and regular updates to technical officers at project level with a goal of increasing technical and management competencies across the project.

S/he will be responsible for working closely with the entire project management team and service providers to ensure that the quality of care is sustained across the program as defined by the MOH quality standards.
