We are looking for a professional, highly motivated and confident Store Manager who is passionate about fashion to join our team

Position Reports To:

  • Area Manager

    Key Result Areas:
  • Achievement above average sales and meet profit lines in view of budgets by the effective on-going management of the store’s resources and procedures.
  • Protection of all assets (stock, cash, physical assets, staff and customers) through effective implementation of company policies.
  • Set daily, weekly, monthly sales targets for all staff and evaluate performance in the achievement of budgets and take action where necessary.
  • Ensure store layouts / visual standards are in line with company standards.
  • Ensure correct administration procedures in respect of stock room and mark-downs.
  • Ensure effective merchandise replenishment and daily housekeeping.
  • Staff management (both casual & permanent employees) & customer service.
  • Must be able to merchandise the store and train staff.
  • Must be in a position to maintain asset control (Store expenses).
  • Must be in a position to professionally conduct employee performance reviews.
  • Must manage store security & control all stock counts.
  • Recruit, develop, guide staff to ensure customer friendly and efficient environment.
  • Report back to area manager on items that needs attention.
  • Attend and report all IR related issues in the store.

    Minimum Skills / Requirements:
  • A bachelor’s degree or
    a diploma in sales and marketing.
  • Must be target driven and highly motivational with their team, to achieve required sales targets.
  • Minimum of 5 years Fashion Retail Experience at store management level.

  • Strong Management & Customer service orientation.
  • Ability to plan, organize and control effectively.
  • Working knowledge of budget.
  • Analytical, Professional & High levels of resilience.
  • High level of integrity / Initiative.
  • Must be computer literate (MS Word/Excel/Outlook/Internet).
  • Must have a good conduct certificate.
