Farmer’s Choice Limited IT Systems Analyst Jobs in Kenya; Design, implement, manage, and optimize Farmer’s Choice Limited’s ERP systems and related business applications. Partner with business users, IT teams, and vendors to translate requirements into secure, efficient solutions, maintain data integrity, and continuously improve ERP functionality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse processes, gather requirements, and design ERP solutions.

  • Configure and modify ERP modules to meet business needs.

  • Maintain system integrity, manage data migration, and support upgrades.

  • Provide technical and functional assistance to end‑users.

  • Prepare system documentation and user manuals.

  • Support integration with other applications.

  • Troubleshoot issues, test solutions, report findings, and train users.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

  • Business process mapping and requirements analysis.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • ERP and data management expertise.

  • Project management and change management skills.

  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

    Qualifications & Experience

  • Hands‑on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience preferred.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in ERP systems implementation and SDLC.
