Fanisi HR Solutions Company Secretary Graduate Trainee Jobs in Kenya;
Our client seeks Company Secretary Graduate Trainees to join a 3‑month training programme, with potential for further engagement based on business needs. We are looking for motivated and detail‑oriented individuals interested in building a career in corporate compliance and company secretarial practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support preparation and maintenance of company secretarial records and statutory documents.

  • Assist with statutory filings and regulatory compliance requirements.

  • Maintain company registers and corporate records.

  • Ensure accurate and confidential client records.

  • Support client communication and follow‑up on secretarial matters.

  • Conduct basic research on corporate governance and regulatory requirements.

  • Assist senior team members with assignments and client deliverables.

    Required Specifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Commerce or related field.

  • Completed or pursuing CS / CPS qualification.

  • Exposure to company secretarial, legal, governance or compliance work is an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Commitment to the full 3‑month training programme.

  • Availability to start mid‑September 2026.
