The Family Guidance Association of Ethiopia (FGAE), an indigenous NGO, in the promotion and provision of Sexual Reproductive Health and Family Planning services invites competent applicants for the posts of Programs and Clinical services Coordinator.

The employee is expected to leads and coordinate Program/project planning, and strategy implementation at the Area Office level in congruence with FGAE Strategic Plan and donor requirements, ensuring that implementation follows approved guidelines and work plans and achieving defined results and set targets.

In addition to this She/he will be responsible for organizing, coordinating and facilitating the provision of quality SRH services at the FGAE clinics under the Area Office in line with FGAE Strategic Plan as well as established guidelines and standards for the achievement of overall service delivery objectives.

She/He reviews and makes recommendations to the management on strategic service
delivery issues including re-structuring, quality improvement, profitability and sustainability of SRH services.

Job Requirements

  • MPH/MSC/BSC in Public Health, Nursing, HO, Other related Health Studies

  • 4 years for MPH/MSC of which 2 years after graduation in Masters Degree, or 6 years experience for BSC after graduation, shall possess relevant professional experience in managing coordinating and implementing Health and SRH programs/projects.

  • Previous experience in multi funded NGO or Private Sector. He/She must be familiar with managing Donor funded SRH programs or project.
  • She/He must be familiar with national and international guidelines on quality improvement protocols. Computer skill in relevant software is required.
