Family Bank Ltd Transformation Governance Lead Jobs in Kenya;We are seeking a Transformation Governance Lead to provide enterprise oversight of Family Bank’s transformation portfolio. The postholder will enable disciplined strategy execution, performance management and value realization, acting as custodian of the Bank’s Strategy‑to‑Execution framework to ensure alignment between strategic objectives, initiatives, KPIs, benefits and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Strategic Initiative Execution & Portfolio Management

  • Partner with initiative sponsors to ensure measurable business value.

  • Develop and maintain the Strategy‑to‑Execution framework and Transformation Roadmap.

  • Monitor initiative progress, risks and resource constraints.

  • Lead portfolio optimization and investment reviews.

  • Track execution performance against strategic outcomes and benefits.

    Enterprise Performance Management & KPI Control

  • Design and manage Transformation Performance Management Framework.

  • Develop enterprise scorecards aligned to strategic priorities.

  • Establish KPI governance structures and SPI dashboards.

  • Facilitate quarterly performance reviews and KPI rationalization.

    Benefits Realization & Value Framework

  • Institutionalize Benefits Realization Frameworks.

  • Define benefit ownership, baselines and realization targets.

  • Monitor planned vs. realized benefits across dimensions.

  • Track transformation economics (ROI, NPV, IRR, BCR, payback period).

  • Conduct post‑implementation reviews and audits.

    Strategic Intelligence & Executive Decision Support

  • Design transformation intelligence frameworks with forecasting and scenario modelling.

  • Produce Executive Decision Intelligence Packs for leadership.

  • Synthesize portfolio insights into decision options.

    Commercial & Financial Analytics

  • Evaluate investment proposals using financial modelling.

  • Link initiatives to financial performance and shareholder value.

  • Conduct cost‑benefit and productivity analysis.

    Transformation Risk Intelligence & Assurance

  • Maintain risk register and execution assurance framework.

  • Develop Early Warning Indicators and risk intelligence models.

  • Conduct health assessments and
    root‑cause analysis of underperforming initiatives.

    Advanced Analytics & Digital Enablement

  • Automate transformation reporting and intelligence processes.

  • Develop predictive analytics for performance and risk monitoring.

    Capability Building & Centre of Excellence

  • Establish transformation methodologies, standards and best practices.

  • Build enterprise capability in governance, benefits realization and portfolio management.

    Requirements

    Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, ICT, Finance, Economics, Strategy, Data Analytics or related field.

  • Master’s degree preferred.

  • Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, Change Management, Business Analysis, Data Analytics) highly desirable.

    Experience

  • 8–10 years in transformation management or related fields.

  • Proven leadership in large‑scale transformation programmes.

  • Strong experience in governance, benefits realization and financial modelling.

  • Experience engaging senior executives and boards.

    Skills & Competencies

  • Transformation governance and benefits realization frameworks.

  • Financial modelling and KPI design.

  • Data visualization and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).

  • Predictive analytics and AI/ML applications.

  • Risk intelligence and Early Warning System design.

  • Executive reporting and Board paper development.
