What Will You Be Doing:

Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions to improve the environment and menus

Ensure consistency in the preparation of all meat items

Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback

Ensure hygiene standards in the butchery are at a high standard

Managing the stocks of the butchery to ensure meats are always in stock as per the kitchens needs

Your Experience and Skills Include:

Diploma in Hospitality / Culinary Management

Minimum 2 years previous experience in a 5-star hotel

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
