Key Responsibilities

Sales Performance & Reporting

  • Meet/exceed sales targets and quotas.

  • Track/report sales activities, pipeline status and progress.

  • Analyze sales data, market trends and competitor activities.

    Lead Generation & Targets

  • Identify/target residential customers for FTTH services.

  • Conduct market research and use lead generation methods (door‑to‑door, referrals, events).

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage inbound leads.

    Sales Presentations & Consultative Selling

  • Conduct presentations and consultations to educate customers.

  • Explain technical aspects of Fiber‑optic internet.

  • Tailor solutions to customer requirements.

    Sales Cycle Management

  • Collaborate with installation teams for smooth onboarding.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

    Relationship Building & Customer Service

  • Cultivate strong customer relationships.

  • Conduct follow‑ups to ensure satisfaction.

  • Identify upselling opportunities (additional services, higher‑speed plans).
