Executives Online HR Manager - Interim Jobs in South Africa

Purpose of the Job

Manage Human Resources function & multifunctional HR team in one or more production plants (and sales offices) by :
Developing, implementing, applying and executing HR policies, tools, processes and organizational changes

Providing quality HR services, in order to attract, develop, motivate and retain a diverse workforce within optimal working climate
Supporting and enabling business management in realizing their business objectives

Accountability:

Staff/Employee Development

Translate corporate HR development policy, (co)develop local HR development policies, and guard career and education paths, advise management on employee engagement, development and succession and provide them with the required instruments.

HR Process Management

Continuously signal and act upon opportunities for improving HR systems and processes, translating business requirements into HR functional requirements, monitoring compliance and managing deviations.

Analytics and Reporting

Ensure availability and functioning of all systems which provide HR information, develop KPIs for HR in line with corporate and plant specific KPIs, manage all payroll and personnel administration processes and provide management information using applicable HR information systems.

People Management

Attract, lead, coach, appraise and develop employees, ensure staffing and talent management; exchange with Peer Group for support and/or help

Relationship Management

Represent the plant and the company internally and externally, liaise with authorities and relevant professional organizations for HR.

EQHS

Comply with and raise awareness on environment, quality, health& safety and social responsibility policies and best practices in line with guidelines and legislation, in order to contribute to the general well-being and improvement of general working conditions.

Qualifications

Relevant degree

10 or more years experience
