Job & Company Description:

  • An essential services company is looking to hire a Financial Accountant.

  • The role has two finance individuals reporting into it and it will be working closely with the Financial Manager as well as the CFO.

  • The successful candidate will also be involved in ad hoc projects and queries.

    Education:

  • Qualified CA(SA)

  • 2 years post article experience outside audit

    Job Experience & Skills Required:

  • Support financial planning by forecasting cash

  • VAT and Tax

  • Review applicable accounting reports and accounts payable register to ensure accuracy

  • Compilation of year end budget

  • Preparation of operational cash
