Job Description
The Role:
Essential functions: Assisting in defining the project scope and objectives as agreed with client within project budget and SLA with client ensuring maximum ROI Managing allocations, schedules and service level agreements for all resources required incl FAM, Venues, Learner attendance etc.
Ensuring highest quality and effectiveness of delivery to the client
Developing a detailed project plan and tracking project milestones and deliverables and submitting reports.
Ensure all learner enrolments and registration for project is done on related SETA systems within deadline dates.
Managing project financial delivery, including forecasting, billing and invoicing.
Preparing and submitting client progress reports based on the intervals stipulated in the project delivery document.
Ensuring submission of accurate payroll information on time to client or external payroll company.
Submitting final close out report and 12H schedule to client at completion of the project.
Ensuring that the internal learner management system(s) are continuously updated w.r.t client loading, projects, training interventions, learner information loading and credit uploading and that data is analysed for accuracy.
Skills and Experience:
Qualification Essential Competency:
Any related Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, HR or related an advantage.
Minimum 4 years'' experience in Training / HR / Project Management related Environments
Experience required:
Knowledge of (including but not limited to):
Sound knowledge of SETA and related learner management / other systems
Sound knowledge National Qualifications
Framework (NQF) standards and qualifications
