We are looking for a self-driven, highly organized person to join our Administration team.Daily management, scheduling of meetings, correspondence, and note-taking
Duties & Responsibilities:
Managing CEO’s Diary
Ensuring proper communication between the C.E.O’s office and other departments and external stakeholders.
Maintaining confidential records and files.
Arranging for meetings, travels and other logistical arrangements.
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation for the CEO and maintaining expenses
Coordinating corporate events and functions
Taking minutes at meetings and preparing reports
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in administration, Front office or related
At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role in a busy work environment
Must have experience working with the Board and senior management and understands the demands and expectations of the Executive leadership
Must demonstrate exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
A people person and highly personable
