Ethiopian Women Lawyers Association or for Consultancy Services to Conduct Study on the Impact of Covid-19 in Delivering Access to Justice to Women and Girls Jobs in Ethiopia

Objective

To conduct and develop a well organized study on how the COVID -19 pandemic affect access to justice to women and girls

Scope of the work

Carry out an assessment on negative impact of COVID- 19 on women on selected (sample) project intervention site within two months.

The following steps have to be carries out consequent to this:

Review background documents which include due diligence reports undertaken by prospective funding partners.

Presenting the technical and financial proposals.

The contract period is three month from date of agreement with successful consultant

Deliverable Payment:

Inception report 20%

Progressive report 40%

Submission of final document 40%

Deliverables

The consultant will be expected to deliver, at the minimum, the following outputs:

An inception work plan within two weeks of commencement of the assignment.

Based on the assessment, organize and develop comprehensive study result in English.

Proposal Submission

Interested qualified consultant firms are invited to submit a proposal that includes the following:

An understanding of the requirements
Methodology and work plan for performing the assignment

Project delivery plans

Team composition and task assignment

Detailed reference list indicating the scope and magnitude of similar assignments

Registration and other relevant statutory documents

How to Apply

Each CV should be no longer than three pages and contain relevant information only.

In case of a consultant organization, a brief capabilities statement of the consultant organization and/or brief description of relevant (similar) consultancies that would qualify for this assignment.

Technical and financial proposals will need to be submitted as separate documents.
