Job Description

Contract for 1 year with high possibility of extension

  • Develop HR strategy that is aligned with the strategy of the Institute.

  • Prepare and implement human resource development plan that is impact to meet the institute’s business goals.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define and cascade the HR vision, strategy and priorities aligned with the strategy of the Institute.

  • Support current and future needs of the institute through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of humans capital

  • Write and deliver short and long term training lessons to continue personal development of Line Managers throughout the institute. Ensure training activities meet and integrate with EPHI strategies and policies.

  • Develop training and communications materials to support learning and development needs.

  • Establish and maintain appropriate systems for identifying, planning, delivering and measuring learning and development

  • Develop and implement human resources related policies and procedures that ensure consistency, transparency, clear demarcation of duties and responsibilities.

  • Articulate and prioritize organization wide and business unit specific HR road maps, projects and initiatives.

  • Define and implement HRD operating model that is most impact to meet the Institute’s business goals.

  • Conduct forecasting and scenario planning to understand the current and future development requirements of the company and plan human resources programs accordingly.

  • Monitor the alignment
    of the organizational structure of the company and individual units with the strategic and operational requirements and initiate appropriate organizational development programs to ensure alignment, increased effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Support the Institute with large scale change to assure the strategic integration of new organizational structures and coordinate organizational change and development programs designed to improve people and organization practices at the Institute.

  • Lead the development and management of an organizational culture conducive to productivity, employee engagement and retention.

  • Lead the development and implementation of key talent management and development programs including succession planning, career development, learning and development, leadership development, workforce planning, sourcing, performance management, and total rewards.

  • Develop and maintain key metrics and success measures, monitor results, identify and mitigate talent and workforce-related risks

  • Design a mechanism to improve HR data management and performance management.

    Job Requirements

  • B.A Or M.A in Business Management ,Human Resource Management , Public Administration or other related field of study

  • Proven practical experience of 10 years for B.A degree and 8 years for M.A degree.
