Job Description

Prepare the ICT plan and implementation budget and implement when approve

Installation of institutional ICT infrastructure

Establish database

Administer anti-doping and management systems

Training on anti-doping administration and management system to employees, sports people and other concerned bodies and extend the necessary support to them

Develop software for the institution and amend when necessary

Prepare use manuals for software and render training to concerned bodies

Study the ICT needed for the institution and fulfill the same

Design website and ready for service

Ensure the institutional ICT operations

Training on ICT

Support for employees on ICT

Consult on ICT need, software development, the software and hardware applications and monitor its implementation

Carry out information networks and configuration and upgrade the same

Study networking system of existing office with branches and carry out networking installations

Evaluate the ICT contractors operational and take corrective measures

Handle password confidentially

Prevent disaster on the network infrastructure and implement the same

Find best practices for

network system security and implement the same

Identify threats to database and develop software and security systems

Render training to employees on digital technology (email, internet etc…)

Prepare on timely report on plan implementation and forward to the concerned bodies

Handle all other activities assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

Minimum BA Degree BA in Computer Science, Computer Science Management (MIS), Software Electroical Engineering and related fields

Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
