1. Position Title: Supervisor, Finance and Admin

Job Grade: 7

Duty Station: Kombolcha

Availability: As soon as possible

Job Purpose: - to provide efficient support finance, human and general service, Customer service management and property administration functions at branch level with a view of ensuring the smooth and cost-effective delivery of the site’s operations; to deliver required services in compliance with ECX’s administration, finance and HR strategies, policies, procedures and guidelines as well as that applicable Ethiopian law are regulations; and to liaise and closely works with Head Quarter Finance and HR.

Summary of Major Duties and Responsibilities

Liaising with the Head Quarter Finance, HR and Facilities Management departments in areas of cash management, procurement, property, general services and HR activities at branch level;

Serves as a custodian of the authorized petty cash of the branch and ensure proper utilization as per the finance

manual Collects and receive all supplies sent to the warehouse, ensure proper utilization and prepare consumption reports,

Ensuring collection of accounts are properly recorded and deposited to the ECX’s account; follows up of Contract entered for the Warehouse and Office rent and timely transfer of funds to the warehouse & controls the proper utilization of the same;

Facilitate and ensure labor payments are made in time.

Performs branch HR, Finance and Facility Management activities. Participates in the preparing and updating customer services guidelines, manuals, processes flows, complaint tracking and reporting formats;

Plans and organizes engagement events with internal and external customers of the Exchange together with other concerned divisions of the Exchange;

Provides front-line advice and support to customers and gather feedback or complaint from customers on the Exchange service;

Produces analytical and customer experience reports

Perform other similar duties assigned by his/her immediate supervisor/manager


Job Requirements

Required Qualification and Experience

MBA\MA\MSc\BA\BSc in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, HRM, or related fields and,

2/4 years relevant experience in accounting, HR administration, or related areas
