Job Purpose

  • The purpose of this job is to ensure smooth and transparent relationship of the Exchange with members, clients and external stakeholders; to monitor and ensure continuous customers satisfaction and timely response to customer enquiries; to coordinate with functional Divisions to improve customers satisfaction and to resolve members’ and clients’ requests, questions and complaints as a focal person.

    Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participates in the preparing and updating customer services guidelines, manuals,
    processes flows, complaint tracking and reporting formats of the division and other
    divisions;

  • Plans and organizes engagement events with internal and external customers of the
    Exchange together with other concerned divisions of the Exchange;

  • Provides front-line advice and support to customers and gather feedback or complaint from customers on the Exchange service and prepare periodic reports;

  • Makes sure that customers and stakeholders of the Exchange are provided with the
    best customer service and maintain good relationship with different regional
    government bodies;

  • Facilitate stakeholders meeting and record minutes of the meeting as well as follow
    up issues raised in the meetings and works closely with other departments in
    processing customer related requests;

  • Verify the MCA is properly signed by members and clients and communicate the
    agreement to the
    Exchange Actors Admission division timely and provide guidance to
    customers;

  • Document all the MCA files registered to be declined, and send the scanned document
    to EAA division timely;

  • Provide proper guidance to Non-Member direct traders, register and make sure the
    complete document is sent to EAA division;

  • Participate in panel discussions concerning newly introduced commodities in the
    Exchange as appropriate;

  • Engage in different operational duties concerning commodity quality, dispatching
    problems, contraband controlling, deliverables from Export work force, and re-arrival
    follow-up.

  • Facilitate different communication responsibilities, such as organize different news
    regarding the branch office and facilitate Media visits;

  • Prepare different reports concerning commodities in the Exchange and communicate
    with the respective offices;

  • Participates in conducting customer satisfaction survey;

  • Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

    Job Requirements

  • MBA\MA\MSc\BA\BSc Marketing, Management, Economics, Business Management and related fields and

  • 2/4 years relevant experience in customer relationship management, customer compliant handling, warehouse operations, Sales Management, Marketing, and related areas
