Job Description

Prepare plan for doping monitoring and result and implement the same

Monitor privacy in the standard of WADA and forward to directorate for implementation

Work in cooperation with concerned bodies on intelligence and concerned bodies violations of anti-doping laws

Handover doping laboratory results and keep its confidentiality

Notify the athlete of the findings of substances in athlete sample and monitor the following measures

On violations gather information for administrative and criminal fines and transfer to RM subcommittee and concerned bodies and monitor its implementation

Notify the international anti-doping agency and justice bodies on the decisions of RM subcommittee and notify the official on their reactions

Monitor anti-doping violations and further assertions

Keep confidentiality of results and evidences and report to the concerned bodies

Pass the decisions of the management subcommittee to officials and report to international anti-doping agency and to concerned bodies

Notify the athlete and concerned bodies on the proceedings

Working cooperation with ICT and PR directorate and notify to public on decisions of justice bodies

If there is any appeal on the decision, gather additional information and supply to appeal hearing committee

Record the RM evidences into ADAMS

Prepare plan performance report

Handle all other activities assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

A minimum of BA Degree in law

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
