Job Description

Dereja.com, a business unit of Ethiojobs.net, emphasizing on enhancing the employment skill of students, fresh graduates and entry level professionals; it works closely with Higher Education Institutions in Ethiopia by establishing Career Centers to support University graduates on their employment skill and prepare them for the job market.

It has recently launched a new project called the Dereja Academy in nine universities around Addis Ababa. Therefore, we are seeking energetic, responsible interns to join our team for the Dereja Academy project.

In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures as well as gaining firsthand experience in many facets of HR.

Responsibilities

Screening Candidates for the program
Calling candidates and providing appropriate information

Sort incoming Applications and log them into appropriate tracking systems

Track progress and meeting deadlines,

Prepare Word and Excel documents

Assist in scheduling and coordinating onsite interviews and exams

Work proactively with other team members

Manage and Accurately Report activities

Perform other office duties as needed

Job Requirements

Requirements

Fresh Graduates of 2018

Bachelor’s degree in any Field of study from a recognized higher education institution

Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the position

Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Detail oriented, excellent organizational and planning skills

Proficient in Word, Excel, and e-mail

Time management skills
