Job Summary

Ethiochicken is looking for a talented Data Collector to join as a critical member of our Customer Insights and Innovation team under EHSS department. The Data Collector will oversee collecting customer’s feedback through designed variety of surveys.

The Primary objectives of the Customer Insights& Innovation team at Ethiochicken is to collect insightful feedback through research, to build a comprehensive picture of what EC customers want and drive incremental improvements on customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

Conducting surveys with stakeholders (surveys

will be provided)

Setting up and facilitating focus group discussions with relevant stakeholders (discussion points will be provided)

Cleaning data with given format.

Answer customer grievance calls and direct their grievances to the responsible departments.

Inputting data from survey conducted in a clear, concise and accurate way (template databases will be provided)

Share information on challenges faced, specifically relating to misunderstanding of questions or unavailability of data.

Reporting on activities conducted, challenges faced, and progress made on collecting data.

Be involved in and give feedback on data collection methods and data collection tool design

Other duties as assigned.

Fluency in Tigrigna or Oromifa is a MUST

BA Degree Statics, Marketing Management and related field
